Getting Started with Bio-Q

1.
 Pour the Bio-Q stones into a container and fill it with 200cc of water. Slightly shake the container to wash the mineral stones.
Slightly shake the container to wash the BIO-Q mineral stones

 The water will become a little cloudy. Change the water two or more times until the water becomes clear.
3.
 Put the washed Bio-Q stones into a bottle of purified drinking water of 1-2 litres. Mineral-enriched, alkaline water with bio-energ
4.
 Leave for about an hour for the water to be completely changed into mineral-enriched, alkaline water with bio-energy.
5.
 Now, you may drink as much as you desire. Recommended to drink about 2 litres or more everyday in order to get fabulous health results.

Maintenance of Bio-Q

Maintenance of Bio-QEvery 2-3 weeks, it's recommended to check the stones in the water by tapping the drinking water container to see if the stones make any bubbles or not, 30 minutes after putting the stones in the water container. If the bubbles are absent, then the stones shall be cleansed with diluted vinegar with water.
